Intent to Sole Source_ACSC_Information Advantage Practitioner's Course

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to MIT xPRO to provide Air Command and Staff College (ACSC) with a Information Advantage Practitioner's Course in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Brief Description of Requirement: ALACSC is standing up a Information Advantage Practitioners Course that will address this need and create officers that can lead staff organizations in developing data science and AI strategies, policies, and programs as well as developing deeper technical understanding to be able to lead teams in designing and integrating data science and AI capabilities withing particular mission sets. Due to the emerging nature of this field, current faculty are not equipped with the complete skillset required to deliver the necessary training without external support from subject matter experts and courseware. Without external support, ACSC will be unable to provide the necessary exposure to achieve the CC's and Dean's intent.
