Description

A pre-proposal site visit will be held December 1, 2023 at 11:00AM PST.  Upon arrival all participants shall meet your POC Mark Rodgers (or designee) at FMS Building 10 to complete a sign in sheet and a brief discussion on the work to be performed. 

The project is in Building 1AC on the Roseburg VAMC campus. This project includes refreshing paint, flooring, and ceiling tile in the D-Wing of Building 1AC.  The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete this project. All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures. Portions of the building will remain occupied during construction.

The renovation includes the following work:

  • Demolition of existing flooring material
  • Demolition of existing wall finishes (i.e. wallpaper).
  • Demolition of existing ACT ceiling tile and metal suspension system
  • Installation of new flooring throughout the space.
  • Installation of ceiling grid and ACT systems.
  • Installation of new paint on the wall throughout the space
