Re-tube Chiller at FCC Coleman USP I

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Coleman, located at 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, FL 32511, is in need of a contractor to re-tube one (1) chiller at USP 1’s Remote Utility Building (RUB).  Any questions pertainig to the SOW or the work that needs to be performed can be directed via e-mail only to the Contracing officer Respresentative (COR) D. Barr at D1Barr@bop.gov. 

All potential quoters are advised that this solicitation includes the provision at FAR 52.204-12 Unique Entity Identifier Maintenance, which states, the contractor shall ensure that the unique entity identifier is maintained with the entity designated at the System for Award Management (SAM) and FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management.  Quoters should include their Unique Entity Identifier in their quotes. The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the SAM database prior to award by entering the potential awardees unique entity identifier into the SAM database. Failure to complete the registration procedures outlined in this clause may result in elimination from consideration for award. For the purposes of this solicitations, the North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 238220.

Quotes shall be received on or before the deadline of April 22, 2022 no later than 12:00 am Easter Standard Time (EST). Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to Smuniz@bop.gov and D1barr@bop.gov in pdf format only and will be deemed received at the time as indicated on the email notification.   Faxed and hand delivered quotes will not be accepted.

This package contains all necessary information to submit a quote. Those documents are as follows: SF-1449 (Solicitation); Statement of Work; NCIC form; Cover Letter. The SF 1449 is to be used to submit with the quote.
