NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

American Dental Association (ADA) Fee to include 7 Residency Programs Advanced Education

The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source award to American Dental Association 28094 Network Place Chicago IL 60673-1280 for the following project:

See attached Single Source Justification and salient characteristics for a detailed description of this requirement.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to monica.pridgen.2@us.af.mil no later than 12pm CDT, 27 April 2023.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued base upon this Notice of Intent.
