Amendment 0002: The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Update the Federal Acquisition Circular date of April 2023 and the effective date of 02 June 2023.
2. Update the DPN change notice to 20230817 effective 17 August 2023.
3. Update the POC’s information under 3h – Site Visit to include Phone Number of POC’s
4. Update section III(h) – Site Visit to update the site visit response due date from 22 May 2022 to 29 August 2023 by 10:00AM CST.
5. Update Section III(h) – Site Visit to change the due date for questions from 22 August 2023 to 01 September 2023 by 1:00PM cst.
6. Update Section III(h) – Site Visit  to include additional instructions as identified in section III(i).

Maxwell AFB AFSNCOA PA System Upgrade Combinded Synopsis Solicitation. Please provide a response IAW the included Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document, Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, and Attachment 2 - Clauses and Provisions. The Government intends to hold a site visit on the 29th of August at 1:00pm CST. Please note that all questions pertaining to this notice are due by NLT 30 August 2023 by 12:00p, CST. Additonally, please note the response date of 07 September 2023 by NLT 12:00pm CST.
