ND ARROWWOOD NWR RIPRAP GMSF PROJECT
800 CUBIC YARDS OF TYPE H RIP RAP TO BE DELIVERED AND DUMPED TO ARROWWOOD NWR

The intent of this Pre-Solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for a contract at US Fish and Wildlife Service, Arrowwood NWR This is NOT a request for a quote, proposal, or invitation for bid.

On behalf of Arrowwood NWR, USFWS Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property, Goods and Services, SAT 2 Team intends to issue a firm-fixed price PO. To purchase 800 cubic yards of Type H Rip Rap to be delivered and dumped on site at the Arrowwood NWR.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 212319, Other Crushed and Broken Stone Mining and Quarrying, and the business size standard is 550. The procurement will be a small business set aside. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price PO with lead time 30 days.

The solicitation will be available July 9, 2024 (or thereafter) with a proposed closing date of July 19, 2024. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. Once posted, offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at www.sam.gov. Qualified Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to provide offers electronically to the listed Contract Specialist on the solicitation.
