This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). It is not a commercial item. Configuration Control does not apply and Higher Level Quality Management do apply. This is an Enhanced Export Control Item. Instructions for obtaining access to the export-controlled data can be found at: https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/EnhancedValidation/.The acquisition is a total small business set aside. This is a competitive item coded 1G. The government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.

DELIVERY: 23 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 25 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Origin. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the issue date is 22 June 2022, closing on 22 July 2022. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
