Description
Notice of Intent for Sole Source
On or about 16 December 2022, the Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source contract to Provation for the repair and maintenance of EndoPro Software at the San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The period of performance is 16 December 2022 to 15 December 2025. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall include information of sufficient detail to demonstrate that they are able to provide similar liver cancer treatments.
