Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Science (NOS), Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (COOPS), Gulf Breeze, FL, has a requirement for a vessel equipped with a crane capable of lifting an aluminum frame up from the deck of the vessel to a concrete dolphin that is 10-15ft above the water’s surface.
