Description: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Pennsylvania
City: Luzerne County
Delineated Area: North Boundary – Intersection of U.S. Route 11and Main St (Dupont) eastbound to the intersection of Suscon Rd and Interstate 81 (Pittston), East Boundary – Interstate 81, South Boundary – Intersection of Interstate 81 and Pennsylvania Route 309 westbound to the intersection of Pennsylvania Route 309 and U.S. Route 11, West boundary – U.S. Route 11. (See attached map)

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1% annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
