Description
Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for quote to companies that have the resources and capabilities to provide Radioactive waste material removal at the DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center (DC VAMC), 50 Irving Street N.W., Washington, D.C. 20422.
Description of Work: The contractor (Chase Environmental Group) shall pack, transport, and dispose the sealed sources on the supplied inventory from the Nuclear Medicine Section, Radiology Service at the DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center (DC VAMC), 50 Irving Street N.W., Washington, D.C. 20422. The contractor is responsible for applying for license reciprocity with the NRC.
Quotes must be submitted by 16:00 AM (EST) August 20, 2024. Responses to the information requested above must be submitted via email to timothy.russell@va.gov.
