Description

This pre-solicitation notice is issued as information only for an upcoming Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO-NY, Office of Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY. The solicitation number is W912PQ-22-Q-0023. The anticipated release date of this solicitation is 03 MAR 2022. 

New York Army National Guard (NYARNG), United States Property & Fiscal Office (USP&FO), Supply and Services Division (MNPF-SS)  Central Issue Facility (CIF) has a requirement for Supply Technician Support position that provides support for the mission to maintain properly trained and equipped units available for prompt mobilization for war, national emergency or as otherwise needed.  This temporary contractor position provides assistance in the status of incoming supplies and equipment to mobilizing and demobilizing units across NYARNG.

52.204-26 must be included with the quote, if not in SAM.gov registration. The successful offeror's SAM registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. 

Quote evaluation will be on the basis of price alone and compliance with solicitation requirements, past performance and responsibility. The entity that meets all the requirements of solicitation being the awardee.

This procurement will be 100% set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) under NAICS 561320 (Temporary Help Services), size standard of $30M.
