Description

This is a sole source notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse the respondent for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Credentia. The award is for a 1-year base period and four 1-year options. The total estimated contract value is $43,944.00. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that other vendors can meet the Government’s need. See attached draft  Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more information.
