              Cleaning services for U.S. Embassy Tashkent Residences.

The Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide cleaning services for U.S. Embassy Tashkent Residences.

Quotations are due on or before 12:00PM Tashkent time on January 17, 2023 and must be hand-delivered to the following address:

The offerors should notify the contact listed in Block 7.A of Standard Form 1449 on page 2 of this solicitation to arrange receipt of the offer.

Submit your proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation 19UZ8023Q0001 Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer on or before 12:00PM Tashkent time on January 17, 2023.  NO proposal will be accepted after this time.

In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

1.         SF-1449; Section 12, 17, 23, 24, & 30

2.         Section 1 - Base periods price table.

3.         Section 3 - Solicitation provisions

The contract performance period is specified in Section I of the solicitation.

   The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

  Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.

A pre-proposal conference for this project is scheduled for 10:30 AM Tashkent time on December 28, 2022 at the Embassy address listed above. All interested offerors are invited to attend and must request access at least 48 hours in advance.
