Description
The Government intends to aw ard a Firm Fixed-Price, Low est Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to perform Repair Bridge 13599 located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction
The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 07/29/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation.
Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below w ill not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided w thin 10 calendar days of aw ard.
