Description
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC) for the procurement of Tank Level Sensor (Radar).Is anticipated that the requirement will be solicited under unrestricted sole source to Electronic Marine System Inc. the product Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and posted to the Beta-SAM website on 3/25/2022 with proposal due by 3/31/2022. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply contract to be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Beta.Sam.Gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or Fax request will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendments will be mailed. Offerors must be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov
