Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.

The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Pacific Region Office (PRO), intends to enter into a sole source, firm-fixed price contract, with a base and (4) option years to JANCO Commercial Cleaning LLC, a Non-Indian Owned Business, for Periodic Cleaning of Office Space and Common Areas per CDC COVID-19 Guidelines at the Frontier Building in Anchorage, AK under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 ¿Only One Source and No Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements.

JANCO Commercial Cleaning LLC will provide Viral Sanitize, & Disinfection Package per CDC COVID-19 Guidelines, all Offices, Common Areas, Hallways, Breakroom, Conference & Lobby Areas etc. for BIA on the 11th and 12th Floor of the Frontier Building in Anchorage, AK. The Frontier Building is managed by TRF Pacific, LLC and JANCO Commercial Cleaning is the only approved janitorial company authorized to perform work in the Frontier Building.

No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720 and the Business Size Standard is $19.5 Million.
