COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - W912EP22R0024

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07 (10 August 2022).

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District has a requirement for a service contract to provide mechanical vegetation removal and disposal services to approximately 40 acres of the Cano Martin Pena Waterway in San Juan, Puerto Rico within the USACE Jacksonville District.

USACE Jacksonville District anticipates awarding one (1) non-personal services contract to perform the services listed above.

This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for HUBZone certified offerors. The associated NAICS code is: 562910, Remediation Services

Small business size standard is: 750 employees

This requirement is for services to provide mechanical vegetation removal and disposal services to approximately 40 acres of the Cano Martin Pena Waterway in San Juan, Puerto Rico within the USACE Jacksonville District. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform terrestrial and aquatic vegetation removal activities above land surface (without removal of stumps and roots), clean-up and removal of surficial vegetation debris, vegetation debris shredding, transport and legally dispose vegetation debris at a final disposal facility, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
