Description

The 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron (VSCOS) is seeking vendor participation for the Vehicle Transformation & Acquisition Council (VTAC) Vendor Day to be held on 26 March 2025 from 0900-1500 at the Newport News Marriot (740 Town Center Dr, Newport News, VA 23606).

PURPOSE:  The purpose of the VTAC conference is to leverage collaborative partnerships amongst the 7K Air Force vehicle maintainers, while maturing capabilities and modernizing Air Force Vehicle Fleet Management and maintenance practices.  The conference will be chaired by the Technical Director and Commander of the 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron who oversees 90,000 Air Force assets located around the world.

The 441st VSCOS is seeking vendors that are interested in displaying their products and services to over 250 career field leaders.  The primary focus of the vendor day will be to showcase products that can improve maintenance, repair, and fabrication capabilities for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, as well as off-road and construction equipment.  We are also interested in innovative Parts Acquisition processes that could support overseas application.

Attending the VTAC conference does not indicate a Request for Proposal (RFP), promise to issue an RFP in the future, or represent a "bidder's conference".  Interested vendors can contact POC’s MSgt Johnnie Bukur, johnnie.bukur@us.af.mil, MSgt Robert McCampbell, robert.mccampbell@us.af.mil, and MSgt Roman Denney roman.denney@us.af.mil no later than 28 February 2025 for consideration to attend the vendor day.  NOTE:  441 VSCOS unfortunately will not fund travel and lodging.
