Description

The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting a Market Survey  to replace existing Daktronics Electronic Display boards for the West and South gate entries at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK to identify interested and capable sources that can provide all the elements of the attachment Statement of Work (SOW). The FAA will review the responses to the Market Survey and will make appropriate acquisition planning decisions that best meet the FAAs needs. The results of the Market Survey will assist the FAA to determine the extent of the requirement that may be set-aside for small businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged small business [8(a)] and Service disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

This is not a screening information request or request for proposal. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time.

Background and Scope of Work:

This project is to upgrade our existing electronic LED display boards for our South and West gate at Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center campus. The electric LED display boards are used to inform Government employees and Contractors about upcoming events, safety messages, COVID-19 Community Level Status, current weather, and much more. The current hardware and software are outdated and no longer supported thus making the current electronic display boards obsolete.
