Description

The government contemplates awarding a single IDIQ contract with an ordering period of three (3) years. The estimated award date is approximately Dec 2022. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This is a sole source requirement to Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company (PSEMC) (CAGE: 06331) due to PSEMC being the only qualified vendor currently. 

The solicitation and associated attachments are located in the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, as of Sept. 16, 2022. Any amendments to the solicitation will published through the GPE, therefore check the GPE for any changes to the requirement. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the procurement contact the firm listed above.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

Qualification package required for those contractors who are not already qualified (See FAR 52.209-1).
