Pre-Solicitation Conference: FMS Logistics Sustainment Services

Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) shall hold a pre-solicitation conference to answer questions and receive feedback on the following documents associated with the upcoming ISD Logistics follow-on requirement:

1. Draft Solicitation with draft sections L&M. (L&M will be posted in the attachments next week, continue to monitor SAM.gov)

The Government request written questions, feedback, or both NLT 22 November 2022 at 4PM EST to allow the Government to provide thorough responses to our Industry partners. On 01 November 2022, the Government will hold one-on-one meetings only with assigned times, to take further questions and comments from interested parties. If a contractor wishes to attend the pre-solicitation conference you must register (walk-in vendors that don't register will not be able to attend) , please see below:

The pre-solicitation conference day registration email requests should include a subject line title: “FMS Logistics Pre-Solicitation Conference Registration”.

Please provide the following: Contractor name, Cage Code, Business Size and type, Contractor Point of Contract (Name, Email, Phone No.) Interested as a Prime/Sub, known list of attendees (Limit to Three). The name must match the registration list when attending and must pre-register NLT registration date.  

Registration must be submitted NLT than 4PM EST on 25 October 2022.

The pre-solicitation conference will only be one-on-one meetings; time slots will  be assigned via email once the contractor registers (15 minute slot). *Due to the number of responses the time has decrease to 15 minutes. 

This requirement is a follow-on procurement. This requirement will be a small business set aside. The contract type is anticipated to be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee/Cost CLINs. The estimated level of effort is approximately 3,429,120 hours, if all options are exercised. These services shall be performed on-site at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD and off-site at the contractor’s facility, OCONUS and CONUS.
