THIS IS A CONSOLIDATION MEMORANDUM (SEE ATTACHED MEMORANDUM) Construction Services Design Bid Build Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for use within the Piney Woods North Region Area of Responsibility. Specific area(s) of performance will be identified at the time of individual task order award(s). Fort Worth District has conducted analysis and market research provided in subsequent sections that demonstrates consolidation of requirements in this procurement is both necessary and justified.
