Description
DLA Aviation – Richmond, Virginia, is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the following NSNs and nomenclatures.
Please see the attachment with NSNs and nomenclatures.
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the acquisition strategy of this procurement.
DLA Aviation intends to add NIINs onto a sole source, price pending, subsumable long-term contract with a performance period of one, one-year base period and one, five-year option period to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation.
Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than November 21, 2022.
This is a Sources Sought to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, HUBZone Small Business concerns; Certified 8(a) Small Business concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns, Woman-Owned Small Business concerns) to provide the required products and/or services.
This Sources Sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses in any form are not offers, and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary.
