The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 492110 with a small business size standard of 1500 Employees and the Product/Service Code is: R602 This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).    The Veterans Integrated Service Network 04 (VISN 04), has a new requirement for a fully licensed contractor to provide courier service, for each of the VISN 04 VA Medical Centers, Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), facilities, and locations within VISN 04, which is represented throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of Ohio, State of Delaware, and State of New Jersey as listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment A.
