Description
The purpose of this amendment is to upload amendment 0016 which adds "Juneteenth" to the list of Federal Holiday, updates the clauses in the SIR, and adds new clause 3.2.1.5-5 (INTERIM) Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors.
ANNOUNCEMENT
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified small and large businesses that possess highly specialized and skilled engineering and technical resources to fulfill future agency requirements.
PURPOSE
The FAA intends to award multiple contracts to a mixture of small and large businesses under this screening information request (SIR) for a broad range of Research, Service Analysis, and Strategic Planning, Systems Engineering (SE), technical, financial, and programmatic support services, and other aviation related support services, that will enable the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to accomplish its National Airspace System (NAS), Mission Support, and other aviation related mission objectives. Vendors are solely responsible for all costs incurred with the preparation and submission of their proposal packages.
The maximum total period of performance of this contract is ten (10) years or 120 months consisting of:
Base Period – Three (3) years (or thirty-six (36) months)
Option Period One - Three (3) years (or thirty-six (36) months)
Option Period Two - Two (2) years (or twenty-four (24) months)
Options Period Three – Two (2) years or (twenty-four (24) months)
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Proposal submissions for Volume II - VII (Phase II) are due no later than 2:00 PM, EST, October 29, 2021. Failure to submit timely proposals will exclude the proposal from consideration.
