Additional Questions & Answers (Q&A) resulting from Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 693KA9-23-R-00012 posted in SAM.gov on July 12, 2023.  The Notice ID is ASH_BusinessTeam_SupportServices.

Question 1: Will we have an Amendment Form OMB#2120-059 for the Q&A and change to total WOSB designation to use for Volume 1, Section C or do you wish that we only submit Standard Form 33 in the proposal submission? Without guidance from your desk, I would have printed both pages and just overlayed a signature and date line for my client.  Please advise.

Answer 1:  Printed both pages and just overlay a signature and date line. 

Question 2:  Will the period of performance be remain September 18, 2023 – September 18, 2028 (page F-2, Section F.3) or will it be changed to reflect a start date in or after the contract Notice to Award planned for December 2023 (page L-3, Section L.3)?

Answer 2:  The period of performance will be adjusted depending on date of award (approximate start 6 weeks after award).

Question 3:  Will a DocuSign certification be accepted for the Letter of Commitments or do we need to have a notarized letter (page L-11, Section L.18)?  If a notarized letter, is a separate signature page for the candidate and Offeror authorized representative acceptable?

Answer 3:  A DocuSign certification be accepted for the Letter of Commitments.  

Question 4:  Will an additional Q&A period be extended to correspond with the extended proposal submission deadlines?

Answer 4:  We do not anticipate further extensions to the proposal submission deadline.
