Request for Information - Enterprise Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Program Services

TSA intends to gather information through this Request for Information (RFI) notice, to determine what the capabilities and interests of the marketplace are and will use the results of this research to

Determine if there are sources capable of satisfying the agency’s requirements;

What Strategic or Government wide contract vehicle will likely result in the greatest number of competitive offers; and

Determine whether the acquisition should utilize any of the small business programs in accordance with FAR part 19.

Please reference Attachment 1: DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO) for TSA’s potential requirement for an Enterprise Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Program Services solution. The objective of this potential requirement is to obtain not only professional ISSO resources to support incremental growth but to also provide TSA enterprise-level centralized oversight and management, to include ISSO and System Owner training.

Respondents to this RFI must provide a complete response by: August 8, 2023, 12:00 pm

Fully completing both Sections 1 and 2; and

Optional Section 3. (Although this section is optional your input would be appreciated.)

Format of response: Microsoft Word or Excel format is acceptable. Information in addition to table 1 may not be reviewed.

Due Date: Responses are due by 12:00 pm, August 8, 2023. The Government reserves the right to not review or consider responses received after this date and time.

The Government does not intend to respond directly to responses to this RFI, all responses shall be used as Market Research and to better inform the development of the Solicitation documents.
