National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC) hereby releases Amendment 0001 to the solicitation and responses to industry questions.  Additionally, the bidder’s library has been updated.  See the announcement available at https://sam.gov/opp/7cca16867adc4fdaadc694974eee600d/view for details.  Finally, NASA/KSC will hold a virtual preproposal conference on April 1, 2022, at 1 p.m. ET, to provide an overview of solicitation Attachments L-02 through L-06. The preproposal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams and registration for the event is not required. Target audience: pricing/cost analysts and contract administrators/professionals. The Microsoft Teams link will be posted to the COMET website, https://procurement.ksc.nasa.gov/Procurement/COMET, prior to the event.

Kennedy Space Center (KSC) is pleased to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 80KSC022R0004 for the Consolidated Operations, Management, Engineering, and Test (COMET) requirement.  Previous notice IDs regarding COMET are listed under NNK21ZMS001L for the: Sources Sought Notice, Draft PWS, and Draft RFP Notice 80KSC022R0004-DRAFT.  In addition, this notice provides the Government’s responses to industry questions submitted to the Draft RFP.
