Description
Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), San Diego, CA, is seeking
responsible Contractors for the procurement and installation of Monitor Dynamics, Inc.
(MDI) brand Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), as specified in the Encl. (1) Bill of
Materials (BOM) and Encl. (2) Statement of Work (SOW).
This requirement will be competed as Other Than Full and Open (partial Brand Name
Only requirement), specifically for MDI products [see Encl. (1) and Encl. (3)].
The attached "C2.1 Combined Synopsis - Solicitation _ 23-Q-6362 (w Encls)" includes all
associated RFQ enclosures [Encl(1) - (5)].
