Description
This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Proposals for the National Park Service, Redwood National Park (REDW) for a contractor to replace an existing adhered modified bitumen system roof on the upper and lower roof (including fascia and flashing throughout) at the Headquarters Building in Crescent City, Del Norte County, CA.
This Amendment no. 2 is necessary to incorporate changes made in the Solicitation Terms/Provisions/Clauses and to add Visit #2 Info and Q&A. Solicitation is changed as follows:
(1) New Attachment 15, "Site Visit 2 Info and Q&A." This includes detailed questions/answers from the second site visit that occurred August 16th.
(2) New Attachment 14, Revised Terms-Provisions-Clauses, changes made to Sections I and J.
(2.1) SECTION I CLAUSES was changed to add (as shown in red text in the document) 52.223-2 Reporting of Bio-Based Products Under Service and Construction Contracts, and 52.223-23 Sustainable Products and Services.
(2.2) SECTION J LIST OF ATTACHMENTS was changed to add Attachments no. 14 through 15. Offerors shall replace Attachment no. 8, previously revised Terms/Provisions/Clauses with this newest revised version Attachment no. 14.
REMINDER: Proposals are due by 3pm (PDT) on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 submitted electronically by email to phaedra_fuller@nps.gov. Refer to Section L and M of new Attachment no. 14, Revised Terms-Provisions-Clauses, for full details of what to include in proposal.
ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL. Submit questions to Phaedra Fuller, Contracting Officer. Email address is phaedra_fuller@nps.gov. Please reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email.
