Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price contract on a sole source basis to the Seiler Geospatial under the authority of FAR 13.106‐1(b)(1)(i) – Soliciting From a Single Source. Seiler Geospatial is the only authorized distributor of Trimble products in the state of Michigan due to geographic marketing restrictions established by Trimble.
