S205--Canandaigua Dumpster Rental

Pre-Solicitation Notice-Dumpster Rental Note: This is not a Solicitation or a Request For Quotes; please do not submit quotes against this notice. This is only a notice of pre-solicitation. See below for dates and times as it pertains to this requirement and estimated dates of the actual RFQ Solicitation. Requirement: The Canandaigua VA Medical Center (VAMC), located at 400 Fort Hill Ave, Canandaigua, NY 14424-1159, is soliciting an Estimated Quantity Purchase Order to provide the rental of two (2) 40 yard open top roll off dumpsters, for construction and furniture debris, which also requires pick and disposal of the debris. Additionally, one (1) 22-foot enclosed dumpster for cardboard recycling, pick up and disposal. Additional Requirements: The procurement consists of a one (1) year rental, rental period to begin within three days of award of two (2) 40 yard open top dumpsters, pick-up, and disposal of debris. Additionally, one (1) 22-foot enclosed dumpster for cardboard recycling, pick up and disposal with a rental period of five (5) months. Estimated Usage: It is estimated that there will be approximately twenty-five (25) hauls of debris and ten (10) hauls of recycling at the request of the Canandaigua VAMC. There will be twenty-four (24) hours notice when hauls need to be made and will be approximately five (5) tons on each occurrence for debris. The dumpsters shall be returned to the same location or different location, at the request of the Canandaigua VAMC. Pick-ups will occur Monday Friday during normal business hours 7:30 4:00 pm, excluding Federal Holidays. Delivery/fuel/and or environmental charges, etc shall be included in the contractors Quote provided.
