Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0154.

This procurement is Total Buy Indian Set-Aside under NAICS code 423430.  The Indian Health Services intends to make a single/multiple award(s) for IT Routers for the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service.    

An award shall be made to the offeror providing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.  Evaluation shall proceed as follows:

1.  Quotes shall be ranked by price, from low to high.

2.  Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical acceptability beginning with lowest priced quote.

3.  This process shall proceed until a technical acceptable quote is identified.

It is the responsibility of the offeror to provide sufficient information/documentation demonstrating technical competence. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer.  The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussion.

The closing date for receipt of quotes is September 19 2022.  Offers can be submitted to the Oklahoma Area Indian Health Service, 701 Market Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114, no later than 4:30 p.m., on September 19 2022.  The offer can be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the solicitation number, business name, point of contact name, and address.  Emailed quotes can be sent to the following information: Edson Yellowfish, Contract Specialist, Edson.Yellowfish@ihs.gov.
