The purpose of this Amendment is to provide questions and answers in Projnet Bidder Inquiry, revised Technical Specifications, Contract Drawings, and Bid Schedule, updated Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination KY20230041 Mod. 2, and extend the receipt of bids from 04 April 2023 to 19 April 2023 at 1:00PM Central Time.

*AMENDMENT 0002*

The purpose of this Amendment is to provide the pre-bid meeting and site visit minutes and to extend the receipt of bids from 1:00PM Central Time 27 March 2023 to 1:00PM Central Time 4 April 2023. The questions period has closed. Receipt of Bids is extended by Amendment 0002 to 4 April 2023. Amendment 0003 is forthcoming.

*AMENDMENT 0001*

The purpose of this Amendment is to provide a corrected Projnet Bidder Inquiry Key. Questions are due no later than 10 March 2023.

The Nashville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Barkley Lake Recreation Area Paving at Hurricane Creek Campground, Coleman Bridge Boat Ramp, and Calhoun Hill Boat Ramp. The work will involve pavement sub-base repairs, culvert replacement, new paving, and repaving at specified areas per the scope of work. The asphalt mixture, construction, and placement are to meet the requirements of Kentucky Department of Highways Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Construction (KYTC SSRBC), current edition, unless otherwise specified in the scope of work.

Location: The work is located at Barkley Lake Recreation Area near Grand Rivers, KY. Exact locations for work are indicated in the contract drawings.

A site visit is scheduled for 7 March 2023 at 10:00AM Central Time. The site visit request forms are attached.

Questions must be submitted in Projnet Bidder Inquiry using the Quick Key in the solicitation no later than 10 March 2023. The Bid Opening is scheduled for 27 March 2023 at 1:00PM Central Time.
