Description
This acquisition is for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Paving Contract for various U.S. Government Installations, Okinawa Japan.The Contractor must furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation, except otherwise specified in each task order necessary to perform the various projects.The proposed scope of work will be specified in each task order and may include, but is not limited to, repairs to existing asphalt and concrete pavement and provision of new asphalt and concrete pavement.The government intends to award a single IDIQ contract. This IDIQ contract with a base period of five (5) years with a three-year option period for a total ninety six (96) months. A minimum guarantee is $25,000 / �261,328 (Budget Exchange Rate 106.4531 JPY = $) or its yen equivalent at time of award.Task Order Range: �300,000 to �150,000,000.This procurement will be issued using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.
