AMENDMENT 1:
The purpose of Amendment 1 is to provide Q&A as follows:
1. QUESTION:
What is meant by “compatible with 626 nm lasers currently in use”?
1. ANSWER:
Clarification on the specification: “1.4 compatible with 626 nm laser currently in use”
In more detail this specification is meant to mean:
The desired conversion efficiency for 626 nm to 313 nm of over 20% with 300 mW of input power (spec 1.3) can be achieved with a 626 nm laser linewidth of < 150 kHz along with a fiber coupled delivery of 300 mW input power at 626 nm.
