NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Project Title: GEOGRAPHIC RESPONSE STRATEGY TEST

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for USCG SECTOR LONG ISLAND SOUND - GEOGRAPHIC RESPONSE STRATEGY TEST to NUKA RESEARCH AND PLANNING GROUP, LLC at 10 Samoset ST, Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360-4544, United States, Unique Entity ID:UHXQEM7LRV75. The total estimated value is less than $8,000.

The propsed procurment is for GEOGRAPHIC RESPONSE STRATEGY TESTING that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)((2)(iii)(A) which states "Substantial duplication of costs to the government that is not expected to be recovered through competition.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is soley within the discrection of the Contracting Officer.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice,
