Furnace Replacement (4 Locations)

This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1240LT23R0069 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of Z2EZ. The PSC is $45.0. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. 

Only Total Small Businesses (FAR 19.5) will be considered for award. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration, before and during the project time frame

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, and in active status at the time of submittal in order to be considered. Offerors must submit representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Item (See Section K). Either fill in the form in Section K or submit a current copy from active SAM (www.sam.gov) account. Offerors who fail to comply with the requirements of this solicitation will be considered non-compliant.

This project includes the replacement of existing furnaces in multiple administrative sites within the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. These existing furnaces are outdated and will need to be uninstalled, disposed of, and replaced with new equipment that runs at 95% efficiency or greater. A new CommercialCentral AC Unit for Huntsville Guard Station is also needed, and will need to be installed (if the government chooses to exercise that optinal item). There are 5 locations (including AC unit) that are listed in section 1.2.
