(RFI) High Altitude Electronic Attack Payload - PL EA

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY - This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. No formal solicitation package is available. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government.

Interested parties may identify their capability to meet all or portions of the requirements by submitting: A white paper, technical data, qualification and certification test data, logistics documentation and/or past performance data. This data must be provided to this office no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on June 9, 2023. Only responses received by this date will be considered.

REQUIREMENTS

Description: This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes, as part of a market survey on potential sources and emerging technologies in support of development of requirements and acquisition strategy for a high altitude Electronic Attack (EA) payload integrated onto an unmanned high altitude platform.  A copy of the draft high altitude EA payload requirements and high altitude EA payload questions will be provided through Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) upon request.  All requests for the draft requirements must be made no later than 26 May 2023.

White Paper: The Government requests that interested parties submit white papers that fully describe their system capabilities with respect to the performance levels as stated in the draft requirements in detail. See attached document for white paper requirements and further instructions.
