Air Force District of Washington (AFDW)/PK intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract action under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(C) as follows:

This notice of intent is not a request for proposal.

However, IAW FAR 5.207(16)(ii), all responsible sources who are interested and regard themselves as capable to fulfill this requirement without a break in service may submit a capability package to the Government for consideration.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The Workforce Development contract provides strategic and tactical functional expertise to include financial analysis support, cost analysis administration and training, general accounting training, database administration and network certification and accreditation support to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Budget (SAF/FMB) office.
