This synopsis is to inform that NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 awarded a Limited Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Small Arms Weapons Simulation Warranty and Maintenance Services for Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR). The procurement was acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.4 – Federal Supply Schedules

Contract N0018922F0231 was awarded on 29 April 2022 resulting from solicitation N0018922R0030 to InVeris Training Solutions Inc. in the amount of $2,348,591.49. The contract action includes a 12 month base year and four (4) 12-month option periods and the FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, thereby allowing a six (6) month extension if circumstances necessitate this option.

No set-aside was used for this contract action. The statutory authority permitting this limited source action is 10 USC 2304(c)(1).  Items peculiar to one manufacturer.
