16. Description: One, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 204 ammunition TEUs, while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements.
17. Place of Contract Performance: The load port/place is Naval Magazine, Indian Island, WA (USA), with an Available Load Date (ALD) of 07 April 2025. The first discharging port/place is Tengan, Okinawa, Japan, with the Latest Arrival Date (LAD) of 04 May 2025. The second discharging port/place is Apra Harbor, Guam, with the LAD of 13 May 2025. The third discharging port/place is Tengan, Okinawa, Japan, with the LAD of 23 May 2025. The laydays shall be a two-day window, to be indicated by Owners/Offerors, such that the ALD and LADs are met.
