Description

September 6, 2024. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) was updated, with highlights in yellow.  This is a Sources Sought Notice.  This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.  The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is issuing this notice to obtain information to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method.  This Sources Sought Notice is seeking support required by The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (Reserve Integration) (OASD/R&RA(RI)).  This support shall include the development and implementation of training, assistance and assessment programs designed to increase the enrollment, retention, and graduation rates of the National Guard Youth Challenge Program (NGYCP) and Department of Defense STARBASE program.  See attached Source Sought Notice and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details as it pertains to the requirements of this request.
