Description

The Contractor shall provide complete maintenance and service on a Dover Elevator located in the Dormitory building and Thyssenkrupp elevator located in the Dining Hall facility. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, parts, certificates of insurance and certificates of training to accomplish the following; using trained employees, directly employed, supervised and scheduled by the Contractor, inspect, lubricate, adjust and as conditions dictate, repair or replace parts as necessary.
