Description

U.S. Army North (USARNORTH) Civil Support Training Activity (CSTA) is the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) to assist unit commanders and force providers by providing collective training and evaluation support to the Technical Support Forces (TSF) assigned/ allocated to the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise (CRE). USARNORTH, through the CSTA, coordinates and effects the necessary training and readiness assessments utilizing a total of ten (10) mobile Observer Controller/Trainer (OC/T) teams assigned to one of three CSTA Divisions. Civil Support Training Activity (CSTA) requires contractor support to assist the USARNORTH CSTA OC/T teams in the design, planning, preparation, and execution of CBRN training events; evaluations; and validation exercises nationwide to include synchronization and logistical support. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform CBRN Response Enterprise services as defined in the PWS.
