Project# GJKZ-152865, Repair B456 HVAC Amendment #1

Incorporates:

1) Updated Electrical Drawings (See separate attachment)

2) Site Visit Sign in Sheet (See separate attachment)

3) PRFI Q&A (See separate attachment)


Remove & Replace existing underground supply & return duct system, old inefficient AHU and failing distribution system.  Contractor will install ducted return, update energy efficiency measures and connect to EMCS system.  Project based upon 100% completed design by AECOM. Requiring Activity: WA Air National Guard, 141st Air Refueling Wing Civil Engineering Squadron, 1415 W El Paso Ave, FAFB WA 99011. Period of Performance 180 days.

7.) Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
