Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide USACE, Seattle District, Navigation Section, with M/V PUGET Dry-dock Maintenance Services, at a facility within the Puget Sound area. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.

The vessel’s homeport is Seattle, WA (3015 NW 54th St, Seattle, WA 98107).  The expectation is that work will be efficiently performed no more than 150 (nautical) miles by water from the vessel’s homeport.  The vessel will be delivered to contractor’s facility by government crew and only protected water transits within Puget Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca are possible.  The vessel and the government crew are not licensed for ocean or near coastal transits.  The vessel has a flat hull and cannot operate in short period wave swells experienced outside of protected waters.

​​​​​​​Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and applicable licenses and permits necessary for M/V PUGET Dry-dock Maintenance Services, as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Performance will be at a Contractor provided facility in the Puget Sound area.
