N66001-22-P-6038 – Notice of Intent to Sole Source to TUV SUD AMERICA INC.

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to issue a modification to increase the value of a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price FAR 13 purchase order on a non-competitive basis with TUV SUD AMERICA of Wakefield, MA. This is a modification to contract N66001-22-P-6038. As a result of this modification, the total value of the contract exceeds the threshold specified in FAR 5.101(a)(1), and this Notice of Intent satisfies the requirements stipulated in FAR 5.201(b)(1)(ii). The modification is for the following:

Electromagnetic Interference Testing
a)Increase value of the subject order by adding additional testing days necessary to satisfy RE102 and RS103 requirements.


A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 541380 and the business size standard is $16.5M.
