Description

This procurement will be solicited as 100% total small business set aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Z1KF,  NAICS Code: 237990. JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform maintenance dredging of Maritime Administration (MARAD) Suisun Bay.  The dredged material Disposal at Contractor-Furnished Upland Beneficial Reuse Site.  The proposed maintenance dredging would remove approximately 80,000 cubic yards of dredged material from Suisun Bay Dredging Area 1A to -8-ft MLLW plus 1-foot of paid Over-depth & Dredging Area 1B to -8-ft MLLW plus 1-foot of paid Over-depth.

This requirement is total small business set aside. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 13 June 2023 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents. ALL BIDS will be due on/about 12 July, 2023 at 1:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from this site will require prior registration in SAM.gov. For further information, please click on the Sam.Gov homepage link, Vendor User Guide. The only plan holders/bidders list is available via Sam.Gov. In order to view or add to the list, you will need to be registered and sign into SAM.gov.
